I’m a Christian Confidence Coach who has helped thousands of clients reach their fitness goals while growing closer to God.
Up until about 7 years ago, I was THE chronic yo-yo dieter, on again off again, whatever the new thing was that was guaranteed to get me results… I was going to try it.
And for 26 years, I truly believed that I was the only human on the planet that just COULD NOT figure it out.
I could EITHER eat all the donuts, pizza, and yummy food I loved to “enjoy” (but feel miserable & not fit in any of my clothes) OR eat chicken, rice, and broccoli five times a day & spend 2 hours/ day in the gym to “feel” the way I wanted to feel physically. But mentally, miserable.
It was a lose lose. I knew things needed to change.
So, I decided to draw a line in the sand.
As Christians, we rely on God for everything—our relationships, our decisions, our struggles. So why not fitness? Why was I leaving Him out of this part of my life?
I knew I couldn’t keep living in the cycle of starting and stopping, relying on my own strength and chasing the next quick fix. I turned to God and asked Him to show me how to care for my body in a way that honored Him.
He put in my path this simple system that changed everything. The result of applying these strategies was a complete surrendering in my approach to fitness and nutrition. I stopped obsessing over diets and perfection and started focusing on sustainable, God-centered habits. I made small, intentional choices every day, leaning on His strength when I felt weak.
I finally broke free from the frustration and guilt of yo-yo dieting. I found balance—learning to enjoy food without shame while nourishing my body in a way that gave me energy and confidence. Fitness became about worship, not striving, and my transformation—physically, mentally, and spiritually—was more than I ever expected.

Due to the nature of the topics covered inside the community, this is a women-only membership. My goal is to create a space for Christian women to come together to share, be vulnerable, and feel supported.
No, you are not required to have any particular fitness or gym membership in order to join The Club. I do provide you with 4 week at-home workout programming options-- but if you need a more structured program or variety in your training- I can connect you to the fitness platform I have been using for 8 years- BODi. Regardless, the resources, strategy, community, and trainings are designed for all Christian women who desire to pursue their fitness this way. It is not specific to a certain type of programming.
